Dr. Marty Jencius is in his 21st year as a faculty member having started at Columbus State University, and for the last 18 years on the faculty at Kent State University in the Counselor Education and Supervision program. His previous podcast series CounselorAudioSource.net, aired from 2006 to 2009 and covered topics of interest for counselors and counselor educators. Dr. J. has served in a variety of professional associations, accreditation teams, dissertation committees, university service, and will find The Faculty Meeting as a great diversion from "work". He secretly, really enjoys faculty meetings.

Dr. Eric Baltrinic is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education, most recently at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama; home of, well, I hear they have a pretty good sports team. His professional identity can be best described as “complex” with his rock and roll drummer dreams being amicably replaced by writing and other creative endeavors. Eric is involved in numerous counselor education associations, committees, and projects and publishes on the topic of teaching in counselor education. And, while they say: “never give the drummer a mic,” Marty is willing to have me co-host this podcast, and I need a mic for that. So, let the adventures begin!

Stephanie Marder is a licensed professional counselor currently finishing her doctoral coursework in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Kent State University. Stephanie earned a B. A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and an M. A. in Psychology from Boston University before graduating with an M. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University in 2016. Stephanie’s fascination with technology has inspired her scholarly pursuits utilizing available technology to benefit clients, counselors, and counselor educators. She is excited to channel her technological interests into creating more meetings for busy people. (The photo is not Stephanie, but she still hasn't sent me a headshot).
